Develop and execute an annual business plan for the management and business expansion of your given territory encompassing detailed account planning, product focus plans and growth strategies
Promote sales of the entire Eppendorf general lab product range and services directly to end-customers in, but not limited to the following places: universities, research institutes, private laboratories, industrial and medical/clinical laboratories
Promote and ensure strong & widespread communication about promotions & extracurricular undertaken by the regional/local marketing & sales teams
Manage the sales processes within the Singaporean sales context, dealing with purchasing departments and various relevant parties
Support contractual distributors, if any, within your territory to close sales for Eppendorf products
Provide high level of customer care to customers within your given territory
Conduct and/or organise product demonstrations to improve your chances to close sales
Conduct and/or organise other extracurricular marketing & sales activities within your given territory
Actively obtain and maintain customer & market information for company database
Actively track and report about market trends, market potential, market share, competitors\xe2\x80\x99 activities and performance, pricing strategies etc within your given territory
Make comprehensive and meaningful reports about own activities in the market
Your expertise:
\xe2\x80\x8bWell networked in cutting-edge life-science, biotech-industrial, pharma and clinical environments with a focus on the future
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Business acumen and experience in a matrix based organization
Preferably 3 years work experience in the Life Science industry
At least 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as sales roles
Proven track record of sales achievement
Proficient in the use of CRM
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly and concisely
Demonstrate ability to work and collaborate in team setting
