Job Description

Our client is a IT industry. They are looking for a Equipment Engineer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in East.
Duties:
Responsible in implementing and carrying out improvement plans to maximize equipment uptime and sustain machine performance
Responsible for performing qualification of new lines/equipments
Responsible in troubleshooting of equipment and process related problem to minimize equipment down time
Responsible in monitoring and controlling equipment performance indices such as yield, throughput and others
Responsible in establishing safe work procedures and control documentation for different types of machines
Responsible in providing engineering support on all equipment operational issues to meet production output and quality
Responsible in managing spare parts to ensure sufficient stock level to support equipment maintenance and production needs
Responsible in planning and implementing effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to minimize machine breakdown
Responsible in establishing, implementing and continually improve on the quality and environmental management system
Responsible in ensuring that employees under your supervision comply with all safety regulations, safe work procedures and to use appropriate PPE at all times.
Responsible in driving and supporting company initiatives to protect the environment e.g. by minimizing resource wastages, recycling effort and proper waste disposal.
Requirements:
Min Degree in Mechantronic /Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant field
Min 2- 3 years working experience in mass production environment handling equipment is a bonus
