Location/Division Specific Information Singapore - Gul Circle We are looking to hire a highly motivated engineer who can contribute to the team towards making great microarray products for our customers. You will be working on multidisciplinary projects across the globe to stabilize and improve the manufacturing engineering operations. You will be part of the Engineering team and responsible for effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing, commissioning and qualification of equipment and associated system. Additionally, this role will act as a technical assurance engineer to ensure that implementations are carried out as per design and meet the project premise. Responsibilities include some of the following;
  • Lead and oversees project execution, scheduling and ensure timely completion of the project meeting the requirement of quality and cost.
  • Coordinate closely with external parties and related authorities for the execution of project.
  • Establish user requirements and translate them to design specifications.
  • Ensure that design and construction of systems in work area complies to local regulations and GMP requirements.
  • Carry out commissioning and qualification effort of the equipment and associated systems.
  • To actively seek avenues to improve project operational efficiency.
  • May be assigned to lead investigations in event of quality non-conformance.
  • Propose and evaluate modifications to equipment or operations to either improve safety and / or operational efficiency.
  • Interface with Manufacturing Operation, Technical Operation, and Quality Assurance, as well as others, to coordinate and complete validation activities in a timely manner.
  • Maintains validation equipment and instrumentation in accordance with company policy requirements.
  • Writes investigation reports and updates procedures with minimal supervision
How will you get here? Education
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering or related discipline
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, with preference in pharmaceutical, life sciences and/or semiconductors industry. Experience in equipment qualification and project executions Exposure to ISO13485:2016 environment
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex technical issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office product suites
  • Detailed oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to function in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong data analytical skills.
  • Reviewing the engineering tasks/projects and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
