Job Role

The selected candidate will be part of the Cash Equity Product team managing the retail online DBS Vickers online trading platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive P&L for DBS Vickers through new product development, implementations of platform enhancement and promotional & marketing campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end product development including but not limited to implementing new initiatives, defining user requirements, developing business use cases and designing end-to-end customer flows together with internal and external business partners.
• Evaluate and implement new initiatives and enhancements on the DBS Vickers online trading platform to improve process efficiency, create better customer and employee journey. Participation in the testing and deployment of such initiatives will be required.
• Conduct regular and close monitoring of competitive landscape including product launches, pricing, features and services to maintain the competitiveness
• Execution and tracking and fulfilment of promotional & marketing campaigns.
• Consolidation, reporting and preparation of business performance.
• Website management including new content generation and timely update of existing content to ensure all equity related information within DBS Vickers and DBS Bank are kept up to date.

• Bachelor's degree in business / Finance or any related discipline.
• Preferably 1 - 2 years relevant experience in stockbroking or other financial institutions. Equity knowledge and interest in the financial markets will be an advantage
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently. Driven and results-oriented, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English. Proficient in spoken and written Chinese will be advantageous
