Roles & Responsibilities Your role will include solution consultation work for the company’s prospects and customers involving Oracle NetSuite and other associated 3rd party solutions. You will be working with both the new business sales team and account management team in the following areas. Project Solutioning

• Work closely with the sales team to understand the requirements of prospective clients/existing customers and to formulate solutions based on industry best practices
• Configure and deliver customized and relevant demos for prospects
• Configure and deliver Proof of Concept projects if required
• Translate customer requirements into the scope of work documentation
• Work together with the delivery team for man-day estimates to be quoted to prospective clients
• Work together with the delivery team to finalize customer requirements and produce Business Requirement Documents for customer’s sign-off.
• Involvement with any additional project solutions work within the course of the project

Account Reviews

• Conduct health check reviews with existing customers and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Analyze customer new requirements or change requests and propose solutions to meet expectations

Project Management

• Involved in end-to-end project management for strategic projects if required.

Product Development

• Propose new products for development based on customer feedback and requirements
• Scope out requirements for product development/ product roadmap and communicate these clearly to the product development team
• Involved in final testing before product release
