Roles & Responsibilities

• Ticket Management

• Responsible for handling all support tickets assigned and solved in a timely manner (following designated SLA) via phone calls, emails, video calls, Skype, Hangout, etc.
• In any special/ad-hoc cases, provide the necessary support to clients as when requested by the Customer Account Manager.

2. Self Improvement/Competencies

• Always improving NetSuite skills and knowledge up-to-date by attending internal training and continuous self-learning.
• At least (not only limited to) familiar with standard ERP modules: Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory Management, Financials.

3. Team Contribution

• Able to provide guidance to other support specialists with any concerns related to all the above points.
• Performing ticket escalation to related team members whenever needed.
• Working with the project team in a timely manner and always keeping scheduled tasks delivered to them before (if any) and after the Go-Live stage.

4. SOPs

• Should be aware of the escalation process to the senior or other team members (eg. Sales, Technical, Project, etc)
• Following all Standard of Procedure (SOPs) and rules established within the organization, especially on the ticket management, project implementation, or general company's regulations (eg; leaves, claims, etc).

5. Miscellaneous

• Always reflecting professionalism and best quality of customer service in communicating with customers or any related stakeholders.
• Always maintaining good relationships with customers, prospects, other NetSuite team members, and everybody in the PointStar community. Do it best to maintain a healthy work culture throughout the regions.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team lead or reporting manager
• Completing time entries.
