Responsibilities:

• Walk-in IT support for local business, In charge of assistance (level 1) of the current ERP and all other IT matters
• Relay requests and incidents from local users to the most relevant IT specialists
• Participate in all IT Projects (CRM, ERP, Digital) and ensures a role of local relay or coordination towards the technical projects of the local entities of the whole APAC area
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures in line with group policy
• Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems in line with Group requirements
• Identify issues and opportunities, solutions and implement
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Implement the Group's IT tools and support users to increase efficiency in all areas
• Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• Minimum 3 years of job experience as IT HelpDesk Technician
• Knowledge of Google workspace would be appreciated
• Experiences in an international company
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
