- Ensure reliable performance of ERP system
- Troubleshoot and resolve any ERP related software, user access or other problems
- Liaise with developer for any configuration required to ensure smooth business flow
- Training staff on its operations and functionality
- Oversee data entry accuracies
- Reconcile accounts with Accountants
