Job Description

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Infor LN ERP system, primarily focusing on user support, troubleshooting, and report generation. This role involves close collaboration with business users to understand their operational needs, resolve system issues, and deliver actionable insights through LN reports and Power BI dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Support & Issue Resolution

Provide first-line and second-line support for LN ERP users across various modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Sales). Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in LN ERP. Conduct user training and create documentation for LN ERP processes and best practices, when required. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement or optimization.

2. Report Development & Maintenance

Design, develop, and maintain reports within LN ERP using Baan4GL or other LN reporting tools. Collaborate with users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across LN reports and external reporting platforms.

3. Power BI Dashboarding

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize ERP data for operational and strategic decision-making. Integrate LN ERP data with Power BI using appropriate data connectors or ETL processes. Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data refresh schedules are aligned with business needs. Work with stakeholders to continuously improve dashboard usability and relevance.

4. System Enhancement & Projects

Participate in ERP enhancement projects, including upgrades, module implementations, and process improvements. Assist in testing new functionalities, patches, and customizations. Document system changes and maintain configuration records.

5. Collaboration & Communication

Liaise with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure alignment of ERP capabilities with business processes. Communicate effectively with users to understand pain points and deliver solutions that improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 2+ years of experience supporting Infor LN ERP (preferably version 10.6 or later). Proficiency in Baan4GL scripting and LN reporting tools. Experience with Power BI is advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in contract manufacturing or supply chain environments. Knowledge of LN ERP modules such as BOM, Inventory, Production Planning and Finance. Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) will be advantageous. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
