Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Senior / Systems Analyst

responsible for managing ERP application projects, providing daily support and implementation, and coordinating with the Japan ERP team for new project initiatives.


The ideal candidate should have

at least 3 years of proven experience

in IT application project management, strong knowledge of ERP systems, and proficiency in SQL for data analysis. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Project management for Asia Pacific companies' ERP applications ERP application daily support and implementation Coordination with the Japan ERP team for new project promotion

Required Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related fields.

Skills and Competencies

Minimum 3 years of project management experience

Proven experience in IT application support, with a solid understanding of SDLC Strong working knowledge of ERP systems Excellent data analysis skills, with proficiency in SQL Effective interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated ability to think analytically and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player

Preferred Qualities

Prior experience in the manufacturing sector will be advantageous, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions. Communication is required with the Japanese ERP team for project implementation. Proficiency in the Japanese language (spoken and written) will be highly beneficial.
