Esg Risk Manager

Job Description
One of our key clients, a highly established international bank, is currently seeking an excellent individual with ESG risk experience to join their team in Singapore at VP level.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will develop and manage ESG risks, work closely with stakeholders to implement frameworks, policies, tools and programmes for effective ESG risk management.
- Provide advisory support to the business on ESG risk challenges and communicate the latest trends, regulatory developments and best practices.
- Work with large datasets, perform scenario analysis and generate ESG and climate risk reports
- Manage the bank\'s sustainability indices and ensure subsidiaries comply with the core standards and localise the ESG policies.
- Lead enhancement projects and training related to ESG
- Bachelor\'s in Sustainability, Environmental Science or related field
- At least 8 years\' relevant experience in ESG, climate or environmental risk
- Prior experience in financial services industry will be a plus
- Knowledge of ESG standards, key sustainability issues and industry best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets
