Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Request quotations, verify specifications, schedule deliveries/services, and resolve operational issues.
ESH Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and interpret data from stakeholders and collaborate on improvement plans.
Safety Culture Promotion: Conduct inspections, deliver safety training, support risk assessments, organize awareness programs, and onboard new employees.
Regulatory Compliance: Arrange external testing/training, support audits, maintain legal documentation, and track changes in regulations.
Contractor Safety Management: Review safety documentation, lead inductions, enforce site safety protocols, and coordinate contractor activities.
Process Safety Enhancements: Analyze process workflows, identify safety risks, suggest improvements, and review operational procedures.
Emergency Preparedness: Assist in drills, verify equipment readiness, liaise with relevant parties, and support plan revisions.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant EHS or process safety experience.
Valid WSQ certifications (e.g., Work at Height, Confined Space, Incident Management, Risk Management).
Familiarity with ISO systems and Singapore EHS legal requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
