About Creative Futures Team
Creative Futures is EssenceMediacom\'s data and technology-led creative practice, spanning three disciplines; Culture, Content and Digital Technology. The team operates globally for many of EssenceMediacom\'s biggest clients.
About the role
This Senior Client Services role is accountable for the direction, organization and delivery of all Experience projects. The role owns the day to day relationship ensuring the Experience Team delivers against client objectives on each and every campaign.
While the detailed job description follows below, here are the key attributes of a successful candidate.
Relationship management: be a trusted advisor and partner to senior stakeholders at Google, inspire trust and confidence and have the equity to state a point of view, even if contrary.
Creative view with media knowledge: This role requires a well rounded person who both understands the creative process, thinking and requirements, along with how this aligns with the media to ensure the two work side by side.
Ability to digest and disseminate information articulately - This person should have the ability to understand and managed a number of workstreams and absorb information that is critical for the Experience Team to understand. The person should have the ability to zoom in and out as the need arises - zoom out to ensure the solution is aligned to the task at hand and zoom in enough to ensure quality of work and response.
Ability to inspire beyond business as usual - Driving innovation, experience, creative thinking is an art - it requires both left and right brained thinking, and involves understanding Creative, Media and the business to create a perfect symphony.
