What the role is:Estate Executive (VPS)What you will be working on:You will be involved in valuation of properties, providing technical and administrative support for land purchase such as reading and extracting information from architectural drawings, preparation & monitoring of statistical reports, preparation of site plans, preparing and compiling submissions for approval and maintaining databases on land and valuation information.What we are looking for:You should have a good background in Real Estate Studies, Building Management or Building & Real Estate Management, be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and prepared to deal with numbers, have a pleasant disposition, have effective communication and good interpersonal skills and a passion for service delivery. Candidates should also have knowledge or experience in real estate valuation. Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
