What the role is:Estate Manager (Project Development/Marketing)What you will be working on:Your main duties will include liaising with various internal and external parties on the preparation of the marketing materials of the HDB public housing projects. These include checking the accuracy of project write-ups, architectural plans, fittings and finishes, and sales launch information uploaded on the HDB\'s website, etc. You will also be required to work on the management of the My Nice Home Gallery and with internal and external vendors to resolve IT and ICT issues with the sales launch website, and performing other duties as assigned. During your employment, you may also be rotated to take on the role of a customer relations manager, to deliver quality services to applicants and residents of HDB flats. During then, you will be involved in the administration and processing of the sale or resale transactions of HDB flats; or conduct credit assessment, financial counselling, and assessment of re-housing benefits. Your duties will include the day-to-day interaction with applicants/residents, solicitors and relevant agencies.What we are looking for:You should have background in Real Estate, Architecture, Business, Marketing, or equivalent, be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and be prepared to deal with numbers and data and checking of architectural plans. You should also be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possess a customer-service mindset and the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels. Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
