Responsibilities:
Perform cost estimates, prepare quantity take-offs and related documentation.
Review project or tender requirements and assist in the preparation and submission of proposals.
Support in pricing verification and compilation of competitive quotations.
Source and evaluate vendors, comparing quotations to ensure cost effectiveness.
Respond to client enquiries promptly and follow up on proposal status to support sales forecasting.
Maintain accurate records of quotation activities in line with internal processes.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
