EUC Engineer (Fixed shift) Brief Description: End-User Support, strong in supporting all windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related. Responsibilities
i. Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (onsite), Sat 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. (onsite)
ii. Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (onsite) Commencement: Immediate Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months Salary: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month Experience:
- Experienced in troubleshooting both desktop/laptop hardware and software.
- Single point of contact for end-users to log incident and service requests via email and hotline.
- Support user queries or issues are captured and validated for further processing.
- Coordinate with different support teams (including vendor coordination) to ensure issues are resolved with proper resolution recorded.
- Adhere to the SOP and Policy defined.
- Responsible for Call logging, Assignment, Incident Management & Coordination, Call Tracking and follow\xe2\x80\x90up until closure within the agreed SLA.
- Implementing best practices to reduce time and increase efficiency.
- Incident ownership, monitoring, tracking and communication with all parties.
- Focus on First Call resolution to ensure early closure of tickets.
- Day-to-day onsite IT support for hardware and software issues involving end-user desktops/notebooks, client\xe2\x80\x99s network connectivity
- Install applications/software and apply updates/patches to desktops, notebooks and other end-user computing devices
- Preparation of desktop/notebook system image
- User account management (Account creation, deletion, modification, and reset password in accordance with Customer\'s process and procedures)
- Perform file backup, migration and restoration for end-users\' desktops/notebooks
- Higher Nitec and above in Information Technology or related field
- Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services
- Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.
- Minimum 3 years of IT (EUC) relevant experience in Apple products, applications and networks.
