Event and Pantry Management Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, as well as managing food and beverage services. Plan and coordinate menus for events2. Manage food preparation and presentation3. Oversee food safety and sanitation4. Supervise food service staff5. Manage inventory and procurement of food and suppliesRequirements:Possess at least a diploma or related studies with 2 to 3 years relevant eventplanning and management experiences as well as food & beverage managementexpertise.Professional certification in event management is a plusBe a self-driven and motivated individual and a collaborative team memberGood interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail, problem-solving skills and strong organisational skillsBudgeting and cost control experienceWorking Location: Upper Paya Labar
