You can count on us to bring the arcade to you!Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Event Coordinator Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and executing events, providing invaluable skills in event management and coordination.Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing various events.
- Coordinate event logistics with stakeholders.
- Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective planning.
- Support communication efforts with all stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide on-site support during events, which may include setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement creative event ideas and themes.
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Any other ad-hoc duties
