This role will part of the Central Marketing team that is responsible to define, conceptualize, plan and execute B2B Events (Exhibitions, Private Events & B2B Customer events) and manage regional corporate advertising materials across Asia-Pacific.

Adecco is partnering with a German MNC specializing in equipment, tools and services for textile fabrics, and they looking for a Marketing/Event Executive to join their team!

The suitable candidate will be planning, developing and organizing B2B MICE events and exhibtions within the APAC region, which includes liaising with event vendors and suppliers and conceptualization of marketing materials for the events.

The Job

• Responsible for planning and managing B2B events across Asia Pacific based on the Corporate Concepts defined by the Central Marketing team from Main German HQ.
• Work as part of the events team to support the events
• Responsible for gathering and conceptualizing of corporate advertising materials from Main German HQ for B2B customers in APAC
• Managing the regional logistics for marketing & advertising materials
• Communicate closely with appointed agencies, printers and external vendors and ensure project timelines are met
• Work closely with Central Marketing team in our Germany HQ.
• Perform other duties related to B2B content and visuals.

The Talent

• Degree or Diploma in mass communication, marketing or related fields
• Min 1-2 years of experience in Events Management
• Agile and is able to manage multiple projects within stipulated deadlines
• Exceptional creative flair and innovative thinking are an added advantage.
• Travelling in Asia-Pacific region is required
