Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure deadlines are met. Plan and execute events end to end Project Management for pre-recording, physical or live production Plan post-event reviews and identify areas for improvement To undertake any other ad-hoc task as assigned Positive attitude towards changes and process improvement. Eager for growth and in the process of honing your skills from executive to management Job Requirements Develop a strong working relationship with clients, venues and suppliers Follow up with concepts and proposals approved by clients and puts them into reality Source for materials and negotiate for best prices from suppliers Key liaison between clients, event managers, designers and other 3rd party vendors, ensuring that client and event requirements are met Coordinate and manage set-up and production of event on-site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event Plan and propose workflows for every event Supervise and manage all suppliers and contractors on location Works closely with teams and colleagues from other business units to collectively produce a successful event Handle multiple projects from entry-level to complex events Manage the brainstorming & execution process for the concept & theme of all events Logistics management and inventory control of all equipment materials and any other items.
