Job Description

Working Days & Time: 5 days, 9am-6pmAddress: Ang Mo Kio AveCompany profile:Specializes in providing event conceptualizations, designs and event management services for special events such as Product Launches, Media Press Conferences, Road Shows, Exhibitions, Seminars, Official Openings and more.Job Roles:

• To contribute brainstorming sessions with the team
• To source, negotiate and manage suppliers for the events
• To assist in pre planning, setup onsite
• To run a live production and operational coordination independently
• To manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• To participate on presentation of proposal to clients (concept, creativity, planning, timeline and budget)
• To follow up and make sure on clients requirement are fulfilled
• To coordinate and liaise with relevant department internally such as Designer/Operations
• To feedback information to clients on services when required

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Events/ Hospitality & Tourism Management
• Min 2 years working experience as event executive
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Able and willing to work beyond normal working hours
