Job Title: Event management Intern

Location: Little India, Singapore

At Alangkaar, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Event Management Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of event planning, coordination, and execution. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our team in creating memorable and seamless events, with a focus on wedding planning and related services.

Responsibilities:

Decoration Planning and Event Setup: Collaborate with the event planning team to design and execute event decorations. Assist in setting up and dismantling event venues, ensuring a visually stunning and organized atmosphere.

Wedding Planning: Contribute to the planning and coordination of weddings, from concept to execution. Liaise with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day.

Wedding Gown Suggestions and Customer Assistance: Provide personalized wedding gown suggestions to clients based on their preferences and trends. Assist customers in selecting the perfect wedding attire.

Wedding Photo and Video: Support the coordination of wedding photo and video services. Assist in ensuring that the photography and videography team capture key moments effectively.

Marketing Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including promotional materials and advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand image.

Social Media Posting: Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content related to events and wedding planning. Assist in building and maintaining a strong online presence.

Wedding Organizing and Management: Play a key role in organizing and managing various aspects of weddings, ensuring smooth execution. Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and other stakeholders to meet client expectations.

Photo Selection and Editing: Assist in the selection of event photos and participate in basic photo editing tasks. Ensure that the final photo collection reflects the essence of each event.

Posing and Lighting Assistant: Support the photography team in arranging poses and optimizing lighting conditions. Ensure that clients look their best in every shot.

Retail Services Guidance: Provide guidance to clients on retail services related to weddings, including invitations, Favors and accessories. Collaborate with retail staff to enhance the overall customer experience.

Salary: 1000 $ per month

Duration: 3 to 6 months
