Donor Cultivation & Stewardship
- Conducts market research and analysis for targeted donor prospects, stays engaged and keeps abreast of giving landscape in Singapore.
- Identifies and nurtures effective relationships with existing corporate donors/ prospects to grow the donor base and financial support for the Foundation.
- Interacts with business leaders and influential individuals to seek support.
- Manages fundraising programmes/ initiatives through preparation of appeal letters, proposals and other related collaterals.
- Spearheads key fundraisers such as Charity Gala Dinner and other corporate partnerships & donor related events.
- To prepare meeting materials and minutes for management/ committee meetings
- Supports other Foundation projects/events when required.
- Keep abreast with fundraising trends and explore diverse fundraising channels and streams, in particular, digital platforms, to build and manage a sustainable pipeline of future donors.
- To create impactful appeal letters, patients; stories and marketing collaterals.
- Prepare regular reports for internal and external reporting to stakeholders.
- Supports other Foundation projects/events when required.
- Develops strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- This is primarily an individual contributor role, working with a team, with opportunities to supervise junior team members.
- Any other tasks assigned by the manager/ HOD.
