As Events / Operations Intern, you will be supporting FHA / Maritime events on the following:
- Handle exhibitors\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries and be able to communicate
with various stakeholders.
- Management of Online Exhibition manuals
- Management of Feature Areas, meeting rooms, involve AV, catering etc.
- Fringe activities and project planning and management
- F&B planning and orders
- Updates of digital platforms
- Contra and sponsorship fulfilment
As Sales Operations Intern, you will be tasked:- To generate/send contracts to clients
- To process returned contracts, send invoices to clients
- To send reminders for outstanding payment
- Onboarding of exhibitors via emails (mainly for virtual events/market place)
- Handle simple email enquiries from clients
- Data entry (to clean up EP database; remove/update bounced emails address from EDM campaigns)
- To prepare/send letter of invitations for visa applications
- To key group participants in Salesforce
- To generate/send login credentials for online manual (OEM)
- To process OEM forms, send reminders to exhibitors etc.
- To check exhibitors\' details for visitor guides/floorplans etc.
- Preparation of materials for exhibitor check-in (check-in documents, sort badges etc)
- Manage exhibitor check in counters (build-up days), service counter (show days), distribution/collection of exhibitor surveys etc.
- To assist on the preparation of post-show audit documents
