Role and Responsibilities We are looking for an individual to join Asia's most luxurious wedding planning team. We are Singapore's pre-eminent luxury floral, gifting, and events management house. Role and Responsibilities Plan, manage and execute events from conceptualisation to completion. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for all services such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing, security etc. Plan and develop agendas, budgets, and services according to customer requirements. Inspect event facilities to ensure that they conform to customer requirements. Key Requirements & Qualifications Min 5 years of work experience in an Event Planning role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing personality, high energy, and willingness to engage with people Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, with meticulous attention to detail.
