6-7 months (Able to start from Feb 2026)
Working hours
8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Job Scope * Support in generating group ticket sales from various sales leads and conducting cold calls to engage communities, corporate, and government organisations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing phone and email inquiries.
• Assist in coordinating group tours scheduling.
• Follow up on after-sales service and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Aid in collaborating with third-party vendor(s) to reconcile accounts and sales.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department for revenue tracking.
• Provide assistance with MarketPlace booth sales.
• Provide support for marketing eg coordinating with appointed PR agency
• Support in organising and participating in roadshows and publicity leading up to the event in July 2026.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Qualification : Diploma - Degree
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, events coordination, or administrative support is preferred.
• Experience in conducting cold calls, lead generation, or handling customer inquiries will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to confidently engage corporate, community, and government stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate scheduling, manage sales pipelines, and handle basic account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM or sales-tracking tools.
