Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle multiple projects within schedules
  • Responsible for coordinating and managing adminitrative coordination based on clients requirements
  • Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and roadshows
  • Manage the event registration for overseas and local events and submit reports to the client
  • Prepare name badges and collate event materials
  • Arrange flights, accommodation and airport transfer for attendees when required
  • Liaise with hotel with regards to Room reservation and Airport Transfer
  • Onsite registration for the events
  • Provide administrative support for events which includes research, preparation, follow-up, co-ordination and logistics support
  • Work closely with event teams to execute all events
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
  • Open to travel to support overseas projects
