What You'll Be Doing
Event Planning & Coordination
- Support the team through the full event process, from brainstorming to day-of execution
Logistics & Vendor Management
- Communicate with vendors, manage logistics, and help prepare materials like name tags and presentation decks
Guest Management
- Handle RSVPs, maintain guest lists, and track attendance accurately
Event Analysis
- Help prepare post-event reports and suggest areas for improvement
Creative Contributions
- Pitch new ideas for themes, engagement activities, and overall event experience
On-Site Support
- Assist with setup and operations to ensure smooth event execution
Who We're Looking For
Students or diploma holders in Events, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Prior experience in events, admin, or logistics is a plus (but not required)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Strong communicator and team player with a proactive attitude
Willing to support the occasional evening or weekend event
