Events Coordinator (6 months contract Renewable) / Budget Management / Bras Basah
Location: Bras Basah Road
Working days: 5 days
Working hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: $2500 - $3500
About the Job
This role works closely with client servicing teams to plan and execute conferences and events in the APAC region.
You will need
- Budget management
- Coordinate and work with the project team to manage and oversee the logistics requirements among stakeholders, service providers, venue managers and attendees
- Good understanding of video conferencing platforms
- Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in medical society secretariat functions, speakers & delegates management, delegates recruitment, registration management, call for papers, database management or similar capacity with other industry.
- To travel on short notice
