Job Description
- Location: Changi (Alps Avenue\xef\xbc\x89
- 5 days work week
- Basic $2000 - $2400
- 6 months contract
Job Scope:
- Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Monitor and track the movement of products and materials using logistics software and tools
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and carriers to manage shipments and resolve any issues
- Help prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations
- Support logistics team with administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and file management
- Participate in inventory management activities, such as cycle counts, stock taking, and reconciliation
- Assist in implementing logistics strategies and initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Coordinator
- Literate in using Microsoft Office/ERP system
- Entry level is welcome to apply as training can be given
- Good to have relevant job experience
