Responsibilities Plan, Prepare and execute all internal and/or external Amazonia Singapore events with other key departments Planning and overseeing operational set-up, execution, and tear-down of all events Selling and servicing Amazonia's Party/Events packages to potential Clients. Event categories include but not limited to Amazonia initiated events, celebrations, school groups and parties Hosting and Facilitating Parties Assist in planning and working closely with supporting departments on manpower requirements Assist in Front Counter duties when no events are on-going Responsible for book-keeping and administration duties such as compiling and dissemination of Event Orders, collating and preparation of duty name list, purchases and stock checks Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager Requirements Well groomed and understand the value of time management Proven experience as event coordinator or at prior experience in the events / marketing industry would be advantageous Experience is show hosting and entertaining will be advantages Enjoys interacting with Children Comfortable hosting parties Proficient in MS Office Excellent communication skills Well-organized with multi-tasking skills Able to handle stress and remain calm Team Leader & Player Problem-solving ability Min. Diploma / ITE (Higher NITEC) in Performing Arts, Hospitality, Early Childhood, Marketing, Events Management or relevant disciplines.
