To grow the My Golf Kaki membership base through membership sales, golf academies and partnership with industry stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Manage membership tasks including handling member and prospect enquires and service requests via email, phone calls and walk-ins, data entry and creation of membership records, billings, and filings and updating membership schedules, etc
• Manage the development and operations of the Golf Academy, including curriculum development, handling of enquires and registration, coordination with testers and coaches, booking for facilities, etc
• Develop, plan and manage golf-related events and activities such as social games, competitions, learn-to-play clinics, recruitment drive, etc
• Work closely with Marcom/Membership in relation to marketing and promotions
• Generate and present performance and financial reports for membership, feedback and event participation, academy classes, etc
• Assist with general enquiries and other duties as assigned by HOD/RO

Requirements:

• Diploma, preferably in events, sports management or hospitality
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
• Experience / knowledge of Golf will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and administrative skills
• Experience in customer service and membership sales
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong data analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team
• Able to work on weekend and public holidays when required
