Events Executive Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.00pm Salary Range: $2800 - $3200 Location: Central : * Organize company's official trading card games tournament circ Events Executive Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6.00pm Salary Range: $2800 - $3200 Location: Central : Organize company's official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end) Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various company's events and tournaments circuits Manage shop tournaments Manage PR materials to be used at events Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming) Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant working experience would be preferred Knowledge in trading card games would be advantageous Must have basic knowledge of social media management Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events Open to travel overseas for business trips when required What We Offer: Leave benefits Medical, dental, flexible (sports-related) claims benefits H&S insurance coverage Annual health screening Company meal gatherings Travel allowance and insurance (for overseas business trips) Other benefits
