Plan and manage all brand events, workshops, pop-ups, and promotional activities
Handle event planning from concept to execution -- including logistics, manpower, and setup
Communicate with clients, partners, and vendors via email, calls, and meetings
Participate in on-site operations -- including preparation, scooping acai, customer engagement, and teardown
Coordinate with marketing, kitchen, and retail teams to ensure smooth event flow
Flexible to support other marketing or operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Hands-on, energetic, and comfortable with dynamic working environments
Able to work
non-fixed hours
, weekends, and event-based schedules
Prior experience in F&B events or lifestyle marketing is a plus
