• Professional Association Network * Events Management & Public Engagements * Excellent Benefits and Competitive Package Responsibilities: * Plan and execute public engagements and events Professional Association Network Events Management & Public Engagements Excellent Benefits and Competitive Package Responsibilities: Plan and execute public engagements and events from conceptualisation through to post-event Drive the planning and implementation of strategic engagements Develop strategic partnerships and work on jointly hosted engagements Provide support to ensure all communication, administrative, operational and financial aspects of events and engagements run smoothly. Lead pre-event meetings to help the department with planning, event/platform design, work with departments to discuss their needs, managing the timelines, finances and logistics. Work closely with event organisers to oversee the on-site preparations, production and event breakdown. Manage a schedule of engagements including physical and digital engagements, fireside chats, conferences or other functions. Provide timely updates to members of the department Requirements: University degree in communications or a relevant field.
