Events Manager/director (luxury / West)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing event projects from an end-to-end perspective from initial briefing to pre-event management, to on site production and to analyze the success of event projects.
- Taking the lead in clients’ marketing and advertising strategies
- Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio
- Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- At least 5 years of experience in the Event Management and Construction of exhibitions, popup and other brand activations in Singapore and SEA
- Experience with organizing events up to 2000+ attendance
- Comprehensive knowledge of the B2B event management industry
- Technical knowledge of set construction, materials and design would be advantageous.
- Ability to analyze problems and demonstrate critical thinking
