Key Responsibilities
Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and delivering events such as corporate functions, conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the Events Manager and team to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.
Logistics Support:
Help organize venues, equipment, catering, transportation, and event materials.
Ensure proper setup, smooth operations, and teardown after events.
Vendor & Partner Liaison:
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Support contract preparation and payment follow-ups when required.
Administrative Tasks:
Prepare event materials, update schedules, and handle general administrative duties.
Track budgets, invoices, and maintain accurate event documentation.
On-site Support:
Assist with guest registration, check-ins, and attendee coordination.
Provide hands-on support during events and resolve any last-minute operational issues.
Post-event Activities:
Collect event feedback and assist in preparing post-event reports.
Maintain inventory of event supplies, props, and promotional items.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any related field (preferred).
Prior experience in event planning, coordination, or logistics is an advantage --
fresh graduates are welcome
.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
