Job Description

- Manage all maintenance and repairs of the venue ground, property and equipment - Ensure that the venue and facilities are clean and organized - Manage bookings for events and liaise with internal - Manage all maintenance and repairs of the venue ground, property and equipment - Ensure that the venue and facilities are clean and organized - Manage bookings for events and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to determine event requirements - Prepare venue hire packages and pricing options to negotiate with clients - Scheduling and coordinating rental of equipment - Coordinate with catering services on their requirements and logistical needs - Promote event space/events through a variety of marketing channels such as social media - Oversee event operations and respond to any incidents or queries - Manage all administrative tasks such as booking schedules and invoicing - Communicate and enforce all security regulations and protocols clearly to clients - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: - Preferably Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or 2 years in related field - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to support sales by building networks and relationships with associates and potential clients of the Company - Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision Renumeration: $2000-$2500 Schedule: Hybrid Flexible send your resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] or whatsapp 91268311 Check us out here to learn more: www.haus217.com.sg
