Your responsibilities:

Support the event lifecycle, supporting the initial planning to final execution, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. Manage event sign-ups across various platforms. Facilitate seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure a smooth planning process. Provide administrative support, such as document preparation and RSVP management, while contributing creative ideas to enhance our events.

Requirements:

Previous experience in event planning and platform management is a plus. A diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak event seasons.
