Jobscope: :

Event Planning & Execution

: Lead the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution of finance-related events, from initial concept development through to successful delivery.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

: Oversee relationships with external vendors and contractors, including those responsible for sound, lighting, staging, and catering, to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Marketing & Promotion

: Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to create engaging promotional strategies and campaigns to drive event attendance and visibility.

On-site Event Management

: Ensure seamless event-day operations by managing staff, coordinating schedules, and addressing any on-the-day challenges promptly.

Post-event Evaluation

: Conduct thorough post-event reviews to assess success, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement in future events.

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications of GCE A levels or Local polytechnic diploma Proven experience in events planning Strong organisational skills, communication skills and problem solving ability Flexibility to work on weekends when required
