The Executive will coordinate events from planning to execution, manage publicity efforts, and support the operational needs of the Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Planning & Coordination
+ Conceptualise and organise recreational, educational, and wellness programmes.
+ Coordinate with community partners, NGOs, and volunteers on event logistics and implementation.
+ Ensure all programmes are well-documented, evaluated, and aligned with engagement objectives.
Event Marketing & Publicity
+ Prepare and distribute event publicity materials (e.g. posters, digital content).
+ Promote activities through social media and community channels to maximise participation.
+ Assist in capturing photos, videos, and success stories for reporting.
Operational Support
+ Assist in venue setup and coordination during events.
+ Support daily centre operations, including visitor assistance and activity scheduling.
Partnership & Volunteer Management
+ Liaise with external partners to co-organise programmes.
+ Recruit, brief, and manage volunteers for community activities.
Reporting & Administration
+ Maintain programme databases and attendance records.
+ Prepare post-event reports and expenditure summaries.
+ Support procurement and documentation processes.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in event management, community engagement, or recreation-related roles.
Skills & Competencies:
Creative, energetic, and detail-oriented.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g. Canva) preferred.
