Advocate Pte Ltd is an established production agency specialising in events production, visual communications, and design for lifestyle brands, corporate, banking and finance companies in Singapore. Some of our bona fide clients include Singapore Press Holdings, Standard Chartered Bank, Trust Bank, Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Luxasia Pte Ltd, Philips Singapore and WWF Singapore.


The agency is located at the central of Singapore, comprising of a dynamic team in a casual working environment. As we continue to grow, we are recruiting positive and driven individuals to join our creative team.

Events Specialist (Full-time)

Responsibilities:


Conceptualisation and creating event proposals including planning and logistics management Assist team in event execution, and good client support and communications Manage milestones and ensure on-time delivery Organize and upkeep agency equipment and media resources

Requirements:

Qulification:

Diploma in hospitality, marketing, business management or equivalent

Experience:

Possess at least 2 - 3 years' work experience in similar job capacity

Software Proficiency:

MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and Video Conferencing software

Technical Knowledge:

Competency in conferences and technical aspects related to event setup and execution is a HUGE plus

Communication:

Excellent communication, creativity, detail-orientedness, and leadership, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving:

The ability to think critically and solve problems as they arise during event planning and execution.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Attractive remuneration package consummate with experience Singaporean and Singapore PRs based locally are welcome to apply

Employment:

5-day work week Full-time employment Medical and leave entitlement Good work exposure $35k - $45k per annum based on experience
