Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with lecturers and university partners in regards to the marking of coursework/exams scripts and grades/marks awarded.
  • Tabulate and check marks awarded for all students.
  • Process results for submission approval where applicable.
  • Prepare and co-ordinate External Examinations Boards where applicable.
  • Process Final Year or Graduation Projects / Dissertations where applicable.
  • Send scripts/coursework for marking where applicable.
  • Send tabulated marks for approval where applicable.
  • Prepare results slips to be printed and mailed out after approval.
  • Update class reports and student\'s academic status in the respective database.
  • Track and monitor students\' academic progress.
  • Attend plagiarism or academic dishonesty inquiries; prepares minutes for these inquiries.
  • Update monthly graduands\' data
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma holder in any discipline with at least 2 year of relevant experience
  • Meticulous and possess good organizational skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced working environment
  • Able to multi-task and handle stress
