Our goal is to achieve a best-in-class standard for our customer service. In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide hands-on support to frontline Contact Centre officers in initiating access applications, ensuring a seamless flow through processing stages by maintaining close collaboration with backend counterparts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors and staff, ensuring completion of all essential documentation to streamline the integration process effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain an organised system for tracking inventory and system records, ensuring they meet operational requirements and there is no unauthorised system access. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate closely with Contact Centre officers to raise purchase orders via Government\'s e-procurement portal (GeBIZ), ensuring smooth procurement processes that align with Board\'s standards and requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the smooth functioning of the unit by managing administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, and maintaining organised documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, suggest or utilise technology such as Excel VBA, Python, UiPath, and Power BI to drive process improvement and boost efficiency across operations.What we are looking for:We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in administrative support roles or in a contact centre environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in maintaining organised systems for tracking inventory and system records, ensuring compliance with operational requirements and security standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in facilitating the onboarding process for new vendors and staff, including document completion and interdepartmental coordination, will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with GeBIZ procurement processes and experience in raising purchase orders will be an added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong administrative skills, including correspondence handling and documentation management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions using technology tools such as Excel VBA, Python, UiPath, and Power BI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong collaboration skills to work closely with frontline Contact Centre officers and backend counterparts to ensure seamless processing of access applications and procurement procedures.
