Excel VBA Automation Developer (1-Month Project | Logistics Workflow | Remote from India)

Project Overview

We are Logistics 9, a Singapore-based export and trading company managing multi-factory sourcing and documentation between China, Hong Kong, and Latin America.

We're looking for a skilled Excel Developer / VBA Automation Expert to help automate our document workflow:

Quotation ? Sales Order ? Master File ? Invoice ? Packing List.

This is a 1-month remote contract ( SGD$500- $1000) for a freelancer experienced in automating business processes through Excel macros, formulas, and templates.

Scope of Work

Review current Excel templates used for quotation, sales order, and packing documents. Design & implement a VBA-based automation system that links these files seamlessly. Automate repetitive processes: data input, copying, formatting, numbering, and summary generation. Build simple buttons, dropdowns, or forms to make the tools user-friendly. Document your work clearly (Word/PDF user guide) and provide 1 training session via Zoom.

Deliverables

Automated Excel workbook system for document generation & linking. User guide and short training session. Debugged and tested files ready for daily use by operations staff.

Requirements

? Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, Macros, Power Query

? Strong background in document or workflow automation

? Fluent English communication

? Ability to work independently & meet deadlines

? Preferably based in India (Chennai or Bangalore) for time-zone alignment with Singapore

Nice to Have

Experience in logistics, export documentation, or operations workflows Knowledge of Power BI, Power Pivot, or integration with Google Sheets

Price Range: SGD $500-$1,000

Duration: 1 Month (Full project delivery)

Remote, with daily updates during Singapore working hours
