Job Description
Jobs responsibility for the job as following
- Give assignments for kitchen assistants.
- Daily report to Restaurants manager and finish daily report.
- Order food material from supplier.
- Alwalys keep kitchen clean after work .
- Have good skills to fried in Chinese Way and able cook all the dishes of Restaurant Menu.
- Can read and speak and write in Chinese well.
- Acceptable Work on public holidays.
- Acceptable night shift work.
- Got 10 years experience of cooking Chinese dishes.
- Accept 7pm to 5am night shift daily（got breaking time for meals）
