Make an Impact by

• Manage and maintain digital content using Content Management Systems (CMS) across multiple Singtel digital platforms.
• Execute timely content uploads, updates, and publishing according to business and marketing schedules.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and experience standards in all published content.
• Optimize and refresh existing content to align with evolving SEO best practices and UX guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (UX (XD), Marketing, Product Owners) to translate business requirements into quality digital experiences.
• Govern authoring and publishing rights, ensuring proper workflows and approval processes are maintained.
• Document content management processes and provide CMS training to business stakeholders when needed.
• Track digital platform content performance using analytics tools and prepare actionable reports.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvements in publishing processes and content strategy.
• Support content-related incident triage and resolution working alongside Production Support and IT teams.

Skills for Success

• Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Multimedia, IT, Communications, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong passion for digital operations and web management are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., AEM) is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of digital content lifecycle, publishing processes, and SEO principles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free outputs.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with web analytics, reporting tools, or experience design principles is a plus.
