Your role

Do you have a track record in financial product sales? Are you a proactive and target driven individual? Do you know how to come up with innovative solutions for clients?

We\'re looking for an Execution Hub Sales to:

  • provide sales coverage for clients on the whole spectrum of funds, equities and FI products
  • be self-driven with the ability to build a sales pipeline and execute on it
  • introduce, develop and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their objectives, risk tolerance and expectations
  • ability to understand client needs and possess strategic understanding of the direction of the business and the Outsource industry
  • drive product development through client feedback/engagement
  • be a natural networker within the client target verticals and the broader outsource dealing industry
  • experienced sales and relationship manager with connectivity into asset managers long only, hedge fund, etc.
  • ability to navigate internally and interact with various specialty sales teams.
  • deep knowledge of global multi-asset trading processes and procedures.
  • can come up with innovative solutions for clients\' execution requirements
  • ability to liaise with clients and support functions for coordination of complex deliveries
  • possess Equity/Fixed Income knowledge
  • support internal projects or automation initiatives

Your team

You\'ll be joining a strong franchise working in the Execution Hub APAC team in Singapore. We provide execution capabilities and access into a wide range of Funds, FI and Equity products across the globe. As an Execution Hub salesperson, you\'ll play a vital role in making sure we help clients manage concerns or requirements such as resource, network and counterparty management, regulation, as well as best execution requirements.

Your expertise
  • ideally around 5 years of sales experience with serving institutional clients in the financial industry
  • experiences of serving asset managers or hedge funds will be an advantage
  • excellent knowledge of financial markets, instruments and strategies
  • proven understanding of the regulatory environment and its effect on clients
  • adept communicator and collaborator, able to adapt style to audience
  • a passion for following market developments and understanding both current and anticipated trends
  • driven, with ability to thrive in a high-paced environment with a consistently professional manner
  • fluent in English and another Asian language to support local client base
