Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and executes trades efficiently
Add value to the Investment teams by providing market intelligence and contributing ideas/views
Conducting daily market research to be able to execute trades competently
Working closely with the team on ways to improve trading algorithms
Ensuring compliance and due diligence when you are conducting any trades on behalf of the firm
Performing execution cost analysis
Working closely with the investment team on costing, P&L analysis and trading strategies
Develop and manage external relationships with counterparties

Requirements

3-5 years' worth of experience in trading is essential for this role
Apply current quant strategies to identify new trading opportunities
Able to conduct research & development of new strategies and optimization of current strategies
Being able to work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to work independently on trading activities
Effective communication skills and strong team player.
